Online therapy across Missouri.
SPECIALIZED IN WORKING WITH WOMEN AND LGBTQ+ PEOPLE
A nervous system, IFS/parts-informed approach
Grounded, compassionate support for calm, clarity, and steadiness during change.
Finding the right therapist can change everything.
And you do not have to live in St. Louis to work with me.
As a psychotherapist and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri, I offer online therapy sessions to women and LGBTQ+ clients throughout the state. My work centers on helping you build inner safety, deepen connection with yourself, and create meaningful and sustained change. You can do this work from the comfort of your own home.
My approach to therapy is grounded, relational, and paced with care. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), nervous system-informed therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, energy psychology, and a feminist theory lens. Rather than pushing for change or feeling the need to “fix” what feels difficult, we listen to what your system is communicating and respond in ways that support safety, clarity, and self trust, while also working toward the changes you want for your life. This style of work often resonates with people who are thoughtful, capable, and carrying more than they let on.
What Online Therapy Makes Possible
Choose a Therapist that is the Best Fit for you, not just the best location.
Online therapy offers flexibility and accessibility without losing depth.
You can show up exactly as you are from your living room, office, car, or a quiet place in your day. You can still receive grounded, relational, trauma-informed support that helps you connect with yourself in meaningful ways.
Clients often choose online therapy because it provides:
More privacy and flexibility
No commute or parking
The ease of meeting in your own environment
Comfort while discussing sensitive topics
The ability to choose a therapist who truly fits, not just someone who is nearby
Who I work with…
I specialize in supporting:
Women and LGBTQ+ clients navigating overwhelm, transition, identity, emotional fatigue, and responsibility
Clients who want a safe, affirming space to explore who they are
People healing from trauma, chronic stress, and childhood experiences that still affect daily life
High-achieving adults who carry a lot quietly, including long-standing relational patterns, attachment wounds, or experiences that have never fully been addressed
Anyone who wants a stronger relationship with themselves
Many of the people I work with are inwardly exhausted while appearing outwardly fine. They are accustomed to managing a lot while having little space to slow down and be with their own experience. If you are craving change and do not know where to begin, you are not alone.
How online therapy feels with me…
My approach is warm, steady, and deeply relational.
We move at a pace that feels right for you.
We stay grounded, curious, and connected to what is happening inside you.
Together, we create space for:

Change that feels rooted and real
Online sessions may be on a screen, but the work is not shallow. We go as deep as your internal world gives consent for us to go.
